3 small Villas and 1 master in a perfect location of Seminyak, this Villa is one of creative design by our Architect  I. Gusti Agung Ngurah Wisudanta S.T. Current Project Two,Mini Studio Hotel with 14 Rooms inside, large swimming pool for bathing and tanning, coffee                       shop while you enjoying drinks and Wi-Fi for your journey around the world. This project located close to several                         famous areas in Bali, such as Seminyak, Petitenget, Kerobokan, the capital city of Denpasar and etc. This 2 storey                         building will finish approximately at the end of the year 2011.

Current Project One, As a builder in his Home town back there in Australia, the Owner “John Eyden” and his wife “Andrea Eyden” involved a lot in this project by giving an idea, input and others. Residence with high quality material and works make this house is so precious for the owner and us. Lots of wooden touch for every part of the house, using Mahogany color for all the Bengkiray wood, such as frames, Timber decking, Windows, Doors, etc. This project is in finishing part and close to be done.
